- • The Director, Regional Clinical Study Management provides leadership and strategic direction for regional clinical operations, ensuring alignment with global goals and driving quality, efficiency, and innovation in clinical trial execution across the region.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring associate directors, clinical study managers, and operations teams; collaborating with internal and external stakeholders; driving regional clinical operations strategy; ensuring quality and compliance with SOPs; managing budgets and resources; conducting performance appraisals; supporting talent development; and overseeing hiring for the regional study management organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline and 10+ years of progressive experience in clinical operations within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry.
- • Solid leadership and extensive experience as a direct line manager or cross-functional team lead.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence and lead teams.
- • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- • Proficiency in MS Office and project planning applications.
