📋 Description

• Talent Acquisition Specialist at DEUNA Inc., a rapidly growing startup revolutionizing global commerce with ATHIA, an AI-powered orchestration and payments platform that helps large enterprises boost approval rates, reduce costs, and unlock new revenue.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, job description creation, interviewing, offer management, and stakeholder partnership to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring with an exceptional candidate experience.
• Join a fast-paced, innovative team scaling talent across functions in a company expanding into the U.S. market, where over 20% of Mexico’s digital economy runs through DEUNA’s platform and integrations span 300+ PSPs and alternative payment methods.
• Develop expertise in AI-driven recruiting tools, automation, and process optimization while building scalable recruitment workflows, improving hiring quality, reducing time-to-hire, and gaining exposure to fintech, payments, and high-growth tech environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or People Operations roles.
• Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, Lattice, Slack, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
