📋 Description
- • The Remote Talent Acquisition Associate will manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, entry-level, non-exempt roles at Alignment Health, a mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to serving seniors and the chronically ill.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, onboarding new hires, managing applicant tracking systems, supporting internal transfers and promotions, coordinating hiring events, and partnering with hiring managers to define needs and develop recruitment strategies.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
