- • As a Legal Counsel specializing in Intellectual Property at Voodoo SAS, you will play a critical role in protecting the company’s innovative mobile games and apps by managing IP portfolios, enforcing rights, and supporting commercial operations across a global tech leader with 7 billion downloads and 200 million active users.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling trademark registrations, copyright and trademark enforcement, pre-litigation and litigation matters in France and abroad, advising on IP-related provisions in commercial contracts, licensing agreements, and risk management, while identifying opportunities to optimize legal workflows and streamline support for operational teams.
- • You will join a whip-smart, collaborative in-house legal team within Voodoo’s Corporate function — which includes HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, M&A, and Finance — working in a fast-paced, creative environment where legal expertise directly influences product development, branding, and business strategy across mobile games and social platforms.
- • This role offers the opportunity to grow as a strategic business partner, deepen your expertise in IP strategy and enforcement in tech and entertainment contexts, gain cross-border litigation exposure, and contribute meaningfully to the protection of a globally recognized portfolio of digital products while working alongside dynamic, innovative teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • One to three years of relevant legal experience in IP, litigation, media, or tech-focused law firm or in-house role
- • Strong knowledge of IP law including copyright, trademarks, and designs
- • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
- • Experience with litigation, particularly IP-related, in France (exposure to EU or US systems a plus)
- • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong business sense and collaborative attitude
