📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior recruiters to develop engaging employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and candidate engagement strategies.
• Leverage your background in instructional design, content creation, or employer branding to create compelling content that showcases Binance's unique culture and values.
• Work closely with the HR team to understand the company's goals and objectives, and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
• Analyze and optimize recruitment processes to improve candidate experience and conversion rates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing and employer branding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, content creation, or employer branding.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, human resources).
• Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
