📋 Description
- • The Learning & Development Specialist I role at TreviPay Inc. is critical to building a skilled, engaged, and high-performing workforce by designing and delivering effective learning initiatives that support employee growth and organizational success.
- • Day to day, the person will assist in the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs; support onboarding initiatives; maintain learning management systems; collaborate with subject matter experts to create content; track participation and completion metrics; and help foster a culture of continuous learning across global teams.
- • TreviPay is a global B2B payments infrastructure partner serving manufacturers, retailers, travel companies, and banks, enabling over $8B in annual trade across 35 countries with a mission to help buyers buy and sellers grow and get paid faster through intelligent payment solutions.
- • In this role, the person can develop foundational expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and talent development; gain experience with learning technologies and needs analysis; and contribute to measurable improvements in employee performance and engagement while growing within TreviPay’s HR and people functions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
- • Experience in training coordination, facilitation, or instructional design (including internships or academic projects)
- • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- • Basic understanding of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
