  • • As a Technical Recruiter at Pearl Talent, you will be at the forefront of connecting groundbreaking US and EU startups with the world's top 1% of technical talent. This role is pivotal in enabling these high-growth companies, backed by industry giants like OpenAI, a16z, and Founders Fund, to build and scale their engineering teams. You will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing exceptional candidates for a diverse range of engineering and technology roles, from frontend and backend development to AI/ML, data science, and DevOps.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full-cycle technical recruitment process. This involves deeply understanding complex technical requirements by partnering closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers. You will translate these needs into highly effective, targeted sourcing strategies, leveraging specialized channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and various developer communities to engage both active and passive candidates.
  • • A significant part of your role will focus on building and maintaining robust talent pipelines across various technical specializations. This includes developing evergreen pools for recurring and particularly hard-to-fill technical positions, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates. You will be adept at crafting personalized and technically informed outreach messages that resonate with highly skilled professionals, showcasing the compelling opportunities available with Pearl Talent's clients.
  • • The role also demands a strong capability in technical screening and assessment. You will conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and depth of knowledge. This includes reviewing technical profiles, portfolios, and documentation, as well as coordinating and assessing the results of coding challenges, take-home assignments, and live technical interviews. Your ability to gauge an understanding of development methodologies and engineering best practices will be crucial.
  • • You will act as a trusted advisor to engineering leaders, providing valuable market insights on talent availability, skill prioritization, and competitive compensation trends. Your input will help refine technically accurate and market-aligned job descriptions, ensuring that client requirements are met with precision and efficiency.
  • • Managing the interview coordination and the overall technical hiring process is another key aspect of this role. You will orchestrate multi-stage interview processes, ensuring seamless coordination with distributed technical teams and preparing candidates thoroughly for each stage. Providing timely, structured, and constructive feedback to hiring stakeholders is essential for maintaining a positive candidate experience and driving informed hiring decisions.
  • • Beyond direct recruitment, you will contribute to Pearl Talent's employer branding efforts within the technical community. This involves engaging with professional networks, potentially contributing to content initiatives, and building relationships with educational institutions and technical training programs to enhance our reach and appeal to top talent.
  • • Continuous process improvement and market intelligence are also vital. You will identify opportunities to enhance technical recruitment workflows, improve sourcing efficiency, and meticulously track the effectiveness of your strategies and pipeline health. Staying abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in technical hiring will be critical to your success and the success of the clients you serve.
