- • Senior Clinical Research Associate role supporting critical studies across Mexico as Precision Medicine Group expands capabilities in Latin America
- • Independently oversees study site management, conducts monitoring visits, ensures patient safety and data quality, manages site start-up procedures, and serves as mentor to junior staff
- • Part of a growing clinical research organization focused on precision medicine, working with complex trials and supporting Clinical Trial Managers and Project Managers
- • Opportunity to develop leadership skills through mentoring junior CRAs, gain expertise in rare therapeutic areas, and contribute to high-quality clinical trial execution across Latin America
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline
- • 5 years or more as a CRA in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry
- • Significant site management experience or equivalent experience in clinical research
- • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at a professional English level
