- • As a Compensation Analyst at Stripe, you will support Compensation Program Managers and Partners by delivering data-driven insights and executing critical compensation processes that enable the company to scale its rewards strategy in alignment with business growth.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed compensation analysis and modeling, supporting annual pay range benchmarking, maintaining compensation tools and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy in Workday through periodic audits, and collaborating with People, Finance, and Global Equity teams to inform compensation decisions.
- • You will join a mission-driven financial infrastructure platform that powers millions of businesses globally, operating within a high-growth, technology-focused environment where compensation programs are continuously refined to support talent retention and organizational scaling.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global compensation design, advanced analytics, and HRIS systems while contributing to the development of equitable, market-competitive pay structures that support Stripe’s mission to increase the GDP of the internet.
