Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • As an Infirmier(ère) en santé au travail, you will be part of a pluridisciplinary team (doctors of work, ASST, IPRP) with whom you will co-construct the practice of Prévenir.
- • Your time will be divided between:
- • Individual visits, in person at the Valmy center (Paris 10th) and remotely, under delegation protocol with the doctor of work, early detection of high-risk situations (disconnection, RPS, addictions)
- • Prevention actions in the professional environment during the third time dedicated: individual and collective interventions, thematic webinars (TMS, RPS, healthy living, screens...), digital supports, innovative prevention paths
- • Innovation and continuous improvement: testing and deploying new digital tools in occupational health, advising the Prévenir team on the tools and procedures to be deployed, contributing to the optimization of protocols, etc.
- • Depending on experience: participation in the PDP cell, resumption visits and visits on demand under delegation protocol.
- • This role is different from a classic SPSTI in that:
- • A pluridisciplinary team to co-construct. You do not join a fixed service: you participate in designing the place of the IDEST at Prévenir, the delegation protocols with doctors, and the bridges with ASST and IPRP
- • Co-constructed digital tools with you. A team of engineers and designers from Alan develops with healthcare professionals the tools they need — DMST, prevention paths, webinar supports, AI experiments
- • The mix of face-to-face and remote work thought as a professional asset. You see employees and companies on the ground when it's useful, and you keep the time and tools to do quality prevention work remotely the rest of the time
🎯 Requirements
- • Diploma of State of nurse
- • Training in occupational health (DIUST, AFOMETRA or equivalent)
- • 3 years of experience in occupational health after DIUST

- • Curiosity for digital tools and AI applied to healthcare practice
- • Ease in animating a webinar or a collective workshop, in person or in video
