- • The Manager, RCM Service Operations at EverCommerce serves as a critical leadership bridge between the Director and Lead/Service Manager teams, enabling strategic focus by owning operational execution, team leadership, and cross-functional alignment in the healthcare revenue cycle management space.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing team performance, coaching Service Managers and Leads, overseeing client health metrics (including AR aging, denial trends, and clean claim rates), leading escalation resolution, ensuring workflow discipline, and preparing performance summaries for leadership.
- • EverCommerce is a leading service commerce platform (Nasdaq: EVCM) with over 690,000 global service-based businesses using its vertically-tailored SaaS solutions; the EverHealth brand focuses on health service industries, providing end-to-end business management software, embedded payments, marketing tech, and customer experience tools.
- • In this role, the individual will develop leadership and operational expertise in healthcare RCM, drive process improvements, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and position themselves for advancement into broader operational or strategic leadership roles within a growing, innovative organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare operations, client services, or medical billing leadership
- • Prior leadership or management experience preferred
- • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, payer workflows, and client service operations
- • Proven ability to manage escalations, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- • Excellent communication and leadership presence
