Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • As a Senior Clinical Research Associate at Precision for Medicine, you will play a critical role in advancing oncology and rare disease clinical trials by ensuring protocol compliance, data integrity, and regulatory adherence across investigative sites in Turkey.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring clinical study progress, conducting site visits (pre-study, initiation, routine, and close-out), preparing regulatory submissions, managing investigator relationships, initiating payments, and supporting project managers on larger trials while mentoring junior staff.
- • You will join a specialized, retention-focused CRO that values employee voice, work-life balance, and direct impact—offering a collaborative environment where your expertise in oncology monitoring is recognized and nurtured by engaged leadership.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your therapeutic area expertise, lead protocol-specific activities, influence trial execution, and grow into a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams through hands-on experience in complex, adaptive oncology trials.
🎯 Requirements
- • University degree in life science, pharmacy, or another health-related discipline, or equivalent experience in a scientific/healthcare field or licensure as a healthcare professional.
- • Minimum 3.5 years of experience as a CRA in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech setting, with significant site management experience and demonstrated competencies in clinical research.
- • Proven oncology monitoring experience is required.
- • Fluency in both English and Turkish is mandatory for effective communication with sites, clients, and internal teams.
- • Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills, with a client-focused approach and ability to work as a team player.
- • Proficiency in computerized information systems, electronic spreadsheets, word processing, and email; ability to travel overnight up to 60% of the time, including international travel as needed.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Fully remote (home-based) work arrangement available, supporting flexibility and work-life balance.
- • Opportunity to own and monitor one to two studies at a time, allowing deep protocol expertise and reduced context-switching.
- • Direct access to leadership and influence over trial execution—your voice will be heard in a smaller, agile CRO environment.
- • Clear pathways for growth, including training and mentoring junior staff, participating in proposal development, and engaging in client presentations.
- • Employment with an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and providing reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
