- ⢠As the Head of PR & Communications at Directive Consulting LLC, you will serve as a senior player-coach leading the companyās growing communications division, responsible for shaping how B2B and SaaS clients are discovered and perceived across PR, influencer, and organic social channels. This role is pivotal in elevating Directiveās reputation as a go-to agency for enterprise brands by setting the standard for excellence, driving strategic counsel to C-suite stakeholders, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-impact, measurable communications programs that align with business outcomes like brand awareness, share of voice, and pipeline influence.
- ⢠You will partner directly with the Managing Director to operate and scale the communications division, managing its P&L including revenue targets, staffing models, utilization, and margin, while serving as the executive sponsor on mid-market and enterprise B2B accounts. Your day-to-day will involve developing integrated communications strategies, cultivating media and influencer relationships, overseeing organic social execution, building and mentoring a high-performing team, establishing KPIs and reporting frameworks, identifying cross-sell opportunities with other service lines, and contributing thought leadership internally and externally to establish Directiveās communications practice as a market leader.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠10+ years of experience in communications and PR with proven expertise in B2B sectors
- ⢠Agency experience is required, with deep operational knowledge across PR, media relations, influencer strategy, and organic social
- ⢠Demonstrated success managing a P&L, growing enterprise B2B client accounts, and tying communications strategy to measurable business outcomes such as revenue, pipeline influence, and share of voice
