- • As a Learning and Development Partner at Semperis Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission to be a Force for Good by fostering employee growth, engagement, and performance through strategic learning initiatives. - • You will lead engaging, interactive training sessions and workshops for employees across diverse teams, adapting your facilitation style to meet varied learning needs and audiences, while providing individualized coaching to managers and staff to enhance workplace effectiveness and professional growth.
- • You will design and develop comprehensive training programs—including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and e-learning modules—applying proven instructional design principles to create impactful, engaging learning experiences, and customizing global training content for regional audiences such as the Israeli team.
- • You will partner with the LMS Administrator to manage course uploads, track attendance, generate reports, and coordinate training logistics including scheduling, enrollment, and communications, while evaluating program effectiveness through feedback analysis and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- • You will collaborate with global and regional L&D teams to plan, execute, and oversee training initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of learning events, identifying organizational learning needs through cross-functional partnerships, and recommending evidence-based solutions to support talent development and business objectives.
- • You will strengthen your expertise in instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and learning technology while gaining exposure to global talent development practices in a high-growth cybersecurity organization, positioning yourself for advancement in L&D leadership roles.

🎯 Requirements
- • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills with proven ability to lead engaging, interactive workshops for diverse audiences.
- • Experience in instructional design, training delivery, and course development across ILT, VILT, and e-learning formats.
- • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and learning technologies; experience with Workday is a plus.
- • Demonstrated ability to coach individuals to overcome professional obstacles and achieve performance goals.
- • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple concurrent training initiatives.
- • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred in instructional design, industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, education, or a related field.
