- • Scale Army is seeking a highly motivated and execution-focused Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic, fully remote team. This pivotal role is instrumental in scaling our internal people operations, institutionalizing critical HR processes, and fostering a culture of stability, performance, and accountability across the organization. You will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, driving the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of core HR processes within our HRIS. Your work will ensure a strong alignment between our people-centric decisions, overarching business objectives, and the core values that define Scale Army.
- • As a Senior HRBP, you will be at the forefront of transforming documented HR procedures into actionable, structured workflows and comprehensive learning paths directly within our HRIS. This involves owning the standardization and meticulous documentation of all core HR processes, guaranteeing consistency, scalability, and audit readiness. A key aspect of your role will be to champion the adoption of these processes, monitor adherence, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure they remain effective and efficient.
- • You will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience through the design and standardization of robust onboarding programs tailored to specific roles and departments. Your objective is to achieve 100% completion and successful passage of mandatory onboarding syllabi for all new internal hires. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with managers to elevate the effectiveness of the onboarding process, thereby improving early-stage employee retention and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- • Performance management will be a significant focus, where you will implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for both back-office and delivery teams directly within the HRIS. You will ensure that KPI data is rigorously reviewed at least once before the end of each quarter, providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making and performance evaluations. This includes actively supporting managers in performance tracking, facilitating constructive feedback conversations, and reinforcing accountability mechanisms.
- • Addressing attrition and ensuring team stability are paramount. You will meticulously monitor quarterly attrition trends, proactively identifying areas of risk and potential challenges. In partnership with leadership, you will conceptualize and implement targeted retention and engagement initiatives designed to foster a positive and stable work environment. Your efforts will be geared towards ensuring that quarterly attrition rates consistently remain below established targets.
- • You will be a key player in upholding our company values and ensuring role fit in all people decisions. This involves leading quarterly reviews and values-alignment checks across teams, providing leadership with data-driven support for people decisions that are intrinsically linked to role fit, individual performance, and our company values. You will also serve as a trusted advisor in managing contractor relations and guiding corrective action processes with fairness and integrity.
- • Ensuring robust governance around compensation and stipends is essential. You will establish clear documentation, define approval workflows, and ensure strict adherence to relevant policies. You will collaborate with leadership to provide compensation-related insights and data, contributing to fair and competitive remuneration strategies.
- • Driving HR visibility through comprehensive reporting and insights is a core responsibility. You will own and maintain critical HR dashboards that track key metrics such as onboarding progress, attrition rates, and performance KPIs. This ensures that leadership has clear visibility into HR metrics and the progress of our execution strategies. Your focus on strengthening HR execution discipline will be evident through the implementation of clear timelines, diligent follow-ups, and transparent reporting.
- • This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for HR process enhancement and a commitment to building scalable, people-first systems that support sustainable growth in a fast-paced, fully remote startup environment. 🎯 Requirements
- • Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
- • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles such as HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or People Partner.
- • Proven track record in implementing HR processes, performance frameworks, and HR systems (HRIS).
- • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on, execution-oriented tasks.
- • Strong data-driven mindset with advanced reporting and analysis skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, dashboards, trackers).
- • Highly organized, proactive, and confident working independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
- • Excellent judgment, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to effectively influence senior leadership.
