📋 Description
- • Architect and rebuild Pipedrive’s people analytics foundation from the ground up, selecting modern ETL, warehousing, and visualization tools that scale with a global workforce of 850+ employees across ten offices and 50+ nationalities.
- • Own the end-to-end data lifecycle—ingestion, modeling, governance, and storytelling—ensuring every metric that reaches the C-suite is accurate, timely, and tied to business value.
- • Translate workforce data into strategic narratives that directly influence executive decisions on hiring, retention, org design, and the company-wide AI-native transformation; present findings to the COO and other C-level stakeholders on a weekly cadence.
- • Design and socialize a single source of truth for headcount, attrition, diversity, engagement, performance, and compensation that becomes the default reference for Finance, Talent Acquisition, and line-of-business leaders.
- • Build predictive models that forecast talent supply and demand 6–12 months ahead, enabling proactive workforce planning and budget optimization in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- • Partner with the AI & Enterprise Enablement teams to embed machine-learning insights into HR products, such as attrition risk scores and personalized learning recommendations, accelerating Pipedrive’s AI First Vision.
- • Mentor and upskill a distributed team of senior analysts; establish code-review standards, reusable SQL libraries, and self-service dashboards that democratize data access while maintaining security and privacy.
- • Drive quarterly OKRs that link people metrics to revenue impact—e.g., reduce regrettable attrition by 5 %, increase internal mobility by 10 %, or shorten time-to-productivity for new sellers by 15 %.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, IT Security, and Privacy to ensure GDPR-compliant data handling and ethical use of AI in people decisions.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation: A/B test new onboarding flows, leadership programs, and hybrid-work policies, then iterate based on statistically significant outcomes.
- • Serve as the executive thought leader for people analytics at Pipedrive, representing the company at external conferences, publishing case studies, and attracting top-tier talent to the function.
- • Continuously scan the market for emerging tools and methodologies—e.g., graph databases for org network analysis, NLP for sentiment mining, or synthetic data for privacy-safe research—and pilot the most promising solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of hands-on experience in people analytics, HR data science, or workforce intelligence leadership roles.
- • Proven record of designing and scaling people analytics systems from scratch using SQL, PostgreSQL, Python, Tableau, and AWS.
- • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for C-level executives.
- • Experience mentoring and developing high-performing analytics teams in a fast-growing, international SaaS or technology company.
- • Fluency in English and authorization to work in Portugal; relocation assistance or visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
