- • The Revenue Integrity Quality Assurance Analyst supports the operations of the Revenue Integrity team by completing both overall and account-level quality reviews for domestic and global Revenue Integrity in accordance with policies and procedures. Quality audits are inclusive of assessing staff adherence to Revenue Cycle policies, procedures and guidelines established by Revenue Integrity.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include completing timely and accurate quality audit reviews, performing unbiased evaluations, documenting findings and trends for leadership, validating productivity measurements, maintaining quality scorecards, conducting root cause analysis to identify operational issues, translating audit results into actionable recommendations, and monitoring process and system workflows to ensure efficient operations.

- • In this role, the analyst will develop expertise in healthcare revenue cycle integrity, gain experience in quality assurance methodologies, strengthen analytical and problem-solving skills through root cause analysis, and contribute to process improvements that enhance data quality and operational efficiency across Revenue Integrity teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar area
- • Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience
- • CRCR Certification, or willingness to obtain within 9 months of hire
- • Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences
- • Willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require
