• • As an Optimization Health Coach at Twin Health, you will inspire behavior change and motivate members to adopt healthier habits, directly impacting their journey to prevent and reverse chronic metabolic diseases like type 2 diabetes and obesity.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include delivering remote coaching via apps and video conferencing, engaging members in goal setting, providing metrics-driven feedback using AI-powered tools, responding to member chats within 24 business hours, maintaining a high-volume caseload of at least 500 members, collaborating with clinical teams, and participating in pilot programs and testimonial collection.
