  • • As a Customer Success Manager at Vendelux, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients unlock the full value of our AI-powered event intelligence platform, directly contributing to their ability to maximize ROI from event marketing and turn conferences into scalable growth engines.
  • • You will own the end-to-end customer journey for a portfolio of high-growth B2B clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, driving product adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and fostering long-term loyalty through strategic partnership and proactive guidance.
  • • Day to day, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including event marketers, sales leaders, and executives, conducting regular business reviews to align on goals, track progress, and adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback.
  • • You will master and refine the onboarding process, guiding new customers through platform training, configuration, and best practice adoption to accelerate time-to-value and ensure early success milestones are met.
  • • You will proactively identify customer needs, challenges, and goals by analyzing usage patterns and engagement data, then tailor solutions and recommendations that align with their strategic objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
  • • You will create and execute strategic account plans that outline key milestones, responsibilities, and timelines for renewal, upsell, and advocacy, developing compelling business cases that demonstrate the ongoing value of Vendelux.
  • • You will foster knowledge sharing and community among customers by organizing user webinars, virtual roundtables, and case study showcases that highlight success stories and promote peer learning.
  • • You will collect, analyze, and act on customer and internal feedback to refine product offerings, improve processes, and enhance overall satisfaction, serving as the voice of the customer within Vendelux.
  • • You will communicate and promote proven strategies, methodologies, and best practices for leveraging event data to improve targeting, meeting effectiveness, and pipeline generation, enabling customers to replicate success across events.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to surface insights, influence roadmap priorities, and ensure a unified customer experience that supports retention and growth.
  • • You will contribute to building a high-performing, customer-obsessed culture at Vendelux by sharing learnings, mentoring peers, and embodying our values of ownership, curiosity, and excellence in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS customer success, event marketing technology, and data-driven growth strategies, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor while helping shape the foundation of a critical function at a high-growth Series A company.
  • • You will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on customer outcomes and company growth, with clear pathways to advance into leadership roles as Vendelux scales its Customer Success organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success role, specifically at B2B growth-stage startups or SaaS companies
  • • Proven ownership of the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, and upsell/expansion
  • • Strong track record of building and maintaining executive-level relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention
  • • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and quickly learn complex products and industries
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative and solutions-oriented mindset
  • • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, demand excellence, and contribute positively to team culture and business outcomes
