• • The Lifecycle Specialist: Time & Attendance role is essential for ensuring accurate and compliant management of time and attendance activities for Remote’s external employees and clients, directly supporting legal compliance and exceptional employee experience.
• • Day to day, the specialist will serve as an expert on time and attendance matters, manage employee lifecycle leave and working hours cases with precision, advise on employment legislation, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain documentation, identify process improvements, and safeguard confidential employee data.
• • The role sits within the EOR Operations team under the Lifecycle function, contributing to Remote’s mission of enabling compliant global employment through innovation, automation, and AI-driven solutions in a fully remote, asynchronous work environment spanning six continents.
• • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in global employment law, develop skills in process automation and optimization, gain experience in cross-border HR operations, and grow professionally through ownership of complex lifecycle cases and collaboration with legal, payroll, and compliance teams.
