- • Recruit globally for AI-focused roles including data scientists, AI practitioners, machine learning engineers, data engineers, and software engineers to support Centific’s expanding AI data foundry operations.
- • Partner with hiring managers across technical teams to define role requirements, job descriptions, and success metrics aligned with Centific’s frontier AI technology stack and project goals.
- • Source and engage top-tier talent from over 230 markets, leveraging Centific’s network of 1.8 million vertical domain experts and global talent pipelines.
- • Manage full-cycle recruitment for both direct hires and contractor roles, ensuring timely and compliant hiring processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- • Utilize data-driven recruiting methods to track pipeline efficiency, time-to-hire, and candidate conversion rates for AI and technical roles.
- • Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, AI communities, and technical professional networks to identify passive candidates with PhDs or advanced expertise in generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
- • Coordinate with global HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with local labor regulations, visa requirements, and employment standards in Serbia and other target regions.
- • Optimize employer branding efforts to attract AI specialists by highlighting Centific’s work with the Magnificent Seven and enterprise clients on scalable GenAI deployment.
- • Implement and refine recruitment workflows using Centific’s proprietary technology platforms to enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency.
- • Conduct initial technical screening interviews with candidates for AI roles, collaborating with engineering and data science leads to evaluate domain-specific competency.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records within applicant tracking systems, ensuring data integrity for reporting and audit purposes.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and a seamless experience reflective of Centific’s innovation-driven culture.
- • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by ensuring equitable outreach and unbiased evaluation practices across all recruitment activities.
- • Adapt recruitment strategies to meet the dynamic hiring needs of Centific’s fast-moving GenAI product development cycles, which prioritize speed-to-market and cost-reduction targets.
- • Collaborate with onboarding and talent success teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires into technical and project-based environments.
- • Stay current with trends in AI talent acquisition, including evolving skill demands in generative AI, fine-tuned LLMs, and contextual dataset creation.
