• • The Payroll Expert serves as a regional subject matter expert, owning end-to-end payroll execution for specific countries or regions, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing while acting as the go-to resource for complex payroll matters.
• • Day to day, the role involves evaluating and selecting payroll software, preparing and reconciling internal payroll reports, managing payroll expense collections, staying updated on local regulatory changes, and providing expert guidance to employees and clients on payroll and HR matters.
