• • Specialist, Cards Lending role at BMO focused on understanding customer needs and providing credit and lending-related sales and service to support financial goals.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include advising customers on borrowing strategies, managing transactional outcomes, escalating complex issues, maintaining product knowledge, handling customer contacts professionally, integrating marketing promotions, ensuring confidentiality, identifying suspicious activity for AML compliance, making credit decisions per policy, and completing documentation accurately.
• • Part of Retail Banking Sales & Service team within BMO Financial Group, operating under a Fully Flex rotation schedule (Monday–Friday 8:00am–9:00pm, Saturday 9:00am–7:00pm) in a remote/teletravail capacity.
