📋 Description
- • As a Legal Operations Associate at Jerry Technologies, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring legal compliance and operational excellence across corporate entities in the US and Canada, directly supporting the company’s rapid growth and innovation in the automotive super app space.
- • Day to day, you will own entity compliance by maintaining corporate good standing, monitor and protect intellectual property through infringement detection and cease-and-desist initiatives, investigate consumer escalations to drive compliance training, audit operational risks, and partner with Engineering and Product teams to improve processes using AI and low-code automation tools.
- • You will join a lean, fast-paced legal team at a Forbes Top Startup Employer backed by $240M in funding and 60x revenue growth in five years, where mentorship comes from serial entrepreneurs who have scaled companies like Amazon, LinkedIn, and McKinsey, and where meritocracy drives advancement based on performance and ownership.
