  • • Design and scale global onboarding, readiness, and certification frameworks for OpenAI’s outsourced SMB Sales vendor network across regions and sales motions
  • • Create role-specific onboarding paths with clear knowledge checks, pass/fail standards, and ramp expectations tailored to vendor seller roles
  • • Ensure consistent delivery of readiness programs by vendor trainers through standardized content, coaching, and quality controls
  • • Develop enablement materials and systems for new product launches, pricing changes, process updates, and commercial motion rollouts
  • • Monitor seller ramp quality, certification pass rates, productivity curves, and early quality signals to proactively identify performance risks
  • • Build and maintain dashboards, inspection mechanisms, and feedback loops that link readiness metrics directly to seller performance and customer outcomes
  • • Partner with Vendor Managers, Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product, Program Management, and vendor leadership to diagnose and close execution gaps in sales readiness
  • • Design scalable knowledge systems and implement AI-enabled workflows to accelerate onboarding speed, improve knowledge retention, and automate readiness inspections
  • • Travel regularly to vendor sites globally to inspect frontline sales execution, calibrate quality standards firsthand, and ensure alignment with OpenAI’s readiness frameworks
  • • Define and enforce consistent readiness standards across all vendors and regions to maintain high-quality customer experiences at scale
  • • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to integrate readiness data into performance tracking systems and inform sales forecasting and hiring decisions
  • • Translate product and process changes into actionable, seller-ready enablement content with clear instructions, examples, and assessments
  • • Establish metrics for seller readiness success that align with revenue outcomes, customer satisfaction, and compliance benchmarks
  • • Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on data, seller feedback, and operational audits to evolve the readiness operating system over time
  • • Serve as the primary point of accountability for seller readiness outcomes across OpenAI’s outsourced SMB sales channel
  • • Maintain alignment between internal product teams and external vendor teams to ensure accurate and timely enablement of all sales-facing materials
  • • Develop training materials and certifications that reflect OpenAI’s mission of responsible AI adoption and customer-centric selling practices
  • • Implement quality assurance protocols to validate that vendor trainers and sellers adhere to OpenAI’s messaging, compliance, and ethical guidelines
  • • Identify training gaps and systemic risks through data analysis and frontline observations, then drive solutions with cross-functional stakeholders
  • • Advocate for seller needs and operational realities within OpenAI’s product and process teams to improve scalability and effectiveness of enablement systems
  • • Document and institutionalize best practices for global scalability, ensuring consistency in readiness delivery regardless of vendor or region
  • • Ensure all readiness systems comply with local labor regulations and OpenAI’s global policy standards for fair and inclusive training practices
