Catalyze Team Planting Coach (Undergraduate Ministries)

📋 Description

• • The Catalyze Team Planting Coach role is a part-time, remote position focused on planting and sustaining gospel witnessing communities on college campuses across the U.S. to advance InterVarsity’s 2030 Calling of eliminating ‘No-Known-Ministry’ campuses.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting digital research on NKM campuses, coaching partners to start new ministries, resourcing Independent Groups, generating leads for new ministry launches, attending weekly team calls, and participating in annual retreats and staff conferences.
• • The Catalyze Team is InterVarsity’s primary strategy to close the missional gap on campuses, working collaboratively with local, regional, and national staff and volunteers to multiply witnessing communities of students and faculty who follow Jesus.
• • In this role, you will develop skills in missional leadership, strategic planning, team coaching, partnership development, and organizational collaboration while contributing to a national movement aiming to plant 75 new chapters and resource 250 Independent Groups by June 2028.
