  • • Own and scale the end-to-end onboarding experience to reduce time-to-productivity and ensure new hires rapidly ramp in Horizon3.ai’s complex, technical cybersecurity environment.
  • • Lead and evolve the H3RO manager development program to strengthen capabilities in coaching, performance management, and team leadership across all levels.
  • • Design, build, and launch high-potential and emerging leader programs to accelerate talent development, deepen internal bench strength, and enable internal mobility.
  • • Shape and drive the company-wide AI enablement strategy by embedding AI tools and automation into core workflows to enhance decision-making, automate tasks, and increase productivity and output quality.
  • • Develop scalable learning infrastructure using AI-powered curriculum, playbooks, facilitation models, and systems to maintain program rigor and consistency during rapid organizational growth.
  • • Partner with cross-functional leaders to diagnose capability gaps and performance barriers, translating business needs into targeted learning interventions tied to measurable outcomes.
  • • Facilitate learning experiences for diverse audiences—from new hires to senior executives—building credibility and driving widespread adoption of development programs.
  • • Define and track success metrics for all L&D initiatives, using data and feedback to continuously refine programs and align with evolving company priorities.
  • • Build lightweight systems and AI agents to automate and scale learning delivery, internal operations, and productivity tools without sacrificing quality or personalization.
  • • Maintain a bias toward action and iteration, operating effectively in ambiguity and rapid growth while delivering high-impact programs on tight timelines.
  • • Foster alignment with Horizon3.ai’s culture of ownership, curiosity, low ego, and collaborative problem-solving across all levels of the organization.
  • • Travel up to 10% to support leadership development programs, company kickoffs, and departmental events in person, as needed for program effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related roles, ideally in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • • Deep expertise in AI and automation, including building workflows, leveraging AI tools, and developing lightweight systems or agents to scale learning and internal operations
  • • Proven ability to design from first principles and operationalize scalable programs that drive measurable performance outcomes
  • • Strong facilitation skills and executive presence with experience leading sessions for senior leaders and technical teams
  • • Track record of developing manager and leader programs that improve coaching, performance management, and team effectiveness
  • • Analytical and outcomes-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics and using data to improve program effectiveness
