• • The Payroll Data Administrator - Americas role is critical to ensuring accurate and compliant payroll execution across multiple regions in the Americas, supporting Remote’s mission to simplify global employment compliance.
• • Day to day, the person will maintain and validate employee payroll data, perform data checks and reconciliations, partner with payroll specialists, execute operational tasks tied to payroll inputs, support cross-functional stakeholders, manage workflows via ticketing systems, contribute to SOPs, and identify process improvements.
• • The Payroll Operations - Americas team operates within Remote’s global, asynchronous, and innovation-driven culture, where employees work from over 6 continents and are empowered to bring diverse experiences to build a best-in-class HR platform.
• • In this role, the person will build foundational payroll expertise in a fast-scaling environment, develop strong data integrity and compliance skills, gain exposure to global payroll systems, and grow into greater ownership of payroll operations while contributing to process scalability and efficiency.
