• • As an Analista Sênior de Customer Insights at Jusbrasil, you will transform customer behavior signals, feedback, and journey data into actionable insights, prioritized recommendations, and impact hypotheses that directly influence the product roadmap and customer experience evolution.
• • Day to day, you will collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative customer feedback from multiple sources, develop and execute VoC programs, map customer journeys to identify friction points, build cross-functional analyses, create executive narratives, and influence strategic decisions by aligning insights with product, revenue, and experience goals.
