📋 Description
- • Support day-to-day People & Culture operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, offboarding, payroll coordination, leave administration, benefits administration, and documentation updates.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems, recruiting trackers, and internal documentation to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires, from offer acceptance through the first 90 days, including scheduling, communication, documentation preparation, and setup tasks to ensure a seamless transition.
- • Assist with recruiting operations by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, supporting sourcing efforts, and maintaining a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage.
- • Help coordinate employee experience programs, including onboarding events, engagement activities, internal communications, and company-wide initiatives designed to enhance workplace culture.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, hiring managers, and leadership to align People-related workflows, manage scheduling, and execute operational support tasks.
- • Support internal events such as onboarding sessions, team initiatives, and the company’s annual retreat, ensuring smooth planning, logistics, and coordination.
- • Provide general administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team, handling employee requests, updating process documentation, and adapting to evolving needs in a fast-paced environment.
- • Act as a proactive problem-solver by identifying friction in People processes and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- • Operate with high attention to detail, professionalism, and empathy while managing sensitive employee information and confidential HR matters.
- • Embrace frequent experimentation and ambiguity, adapting quickly to shifting priorities in a scaling startup environment where no two days are identical.
- • Contribute to building a thoughtful, organized, and inclusive employee experience that supports growth, retention, and engagement across a distributed team.
- • Work closely with the Head of Talent & Organizational Effectiveness to execute People strategy and scale operations as the company grows.
- • Engage with tools and systems used for HR and recruiting operations, ensuring seamless use and continuous improvement of digital workflows.
- • Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication across all levels of the organization while supporting a culture of transparency and trust.
- • Take ownership of administrative tasks and operational processes without constant supervision, demonstrating initiative and reliability in execution.
- • Participate in continuous improvement of People processes by documenting best practices, gathering feedback, and implementing refinements to support scalability.
- • Support the integration of new hires into the company culture through intentional touchpoints, resources, and follow-ups during critical early-stage moments.
- • Stay informed about evolving HR best practices and adapt internal workflows to align with organizational needs in a rapidly changing crypto and technology landscape.
