📋 Description
- • Manage the Non-Funded Support Team (NFST), overseeing daily operations to ensure timely review, approval, and disposition of non-funded loan requests and compliance support cases.
- • Ensure accurate and timely disposition of files within LOS pipelines, including proper folder placement and adherence to regulatory timelines.
- • Build and maintain systems to manage critical ECOA compliance events, ensuring adherence to adverse action and notice requirements.
- • Serve as the primary stakeholder for regulatory audits, examinations, and compliance inquiries related to ECOA, FCRA, and adverse action regulations, drafting narratives and generating required data sets.
- • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation validation to verify compliance and accuracy of new product launches and LOS updates.
- • Act as the subject matter expert on ECOA, FCRA, and adverse action policies and procedures, providing guidance to teams and stakeholders.
- • Create, update, and manage JIRA tickets throughout the Risk Management lifecycle, including root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and testing validation.
- • Oversee compliance support cases such as file reactivations and dispositioning errors, resolving issues to maintain regulatory adherence.
- • Act as the key point of contact for implementation of new loan products and LOS systems, ensuring compliance and operational accuracy during rollout.
- • Adapt to evolving regulatory requirements, new product implementations, and changing compliance demands with agility and precision.
- • Ensure all notices of adverse action and incompleteness meet federal regulatory standards and are processed within required timeframes.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, compliance, and technology teams to align workflow processes with regulatory obligations.
- • Monitor team performance and output quality, providing feedback and direction to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all disposition activities.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and internal policies to guide team decisions and organizational practices.
- • Perform additional responsibilities as required to support organizational goals and compliance objectives.
