- • HR AI & Automation Operations Lead at Remote Technologies Inc., a fully remote company solving global employment compliance challenges by enabling businesses to recruit, pay, and manage international teams.
- • Design and implement intelligent automation systems that connect data across platforms, eliminate manual tasks, and enable scalable, high-performance HR operations on a global scale, working at the intersection of HR, technology, and process excellence.
- • Partner with globally distributed HR Operations teams and cross-functional groups in Product, Engineering, Design, and IT to drive automation strategy, workflow optimization, AI implementation, data analytics, and team enablement.
- • Develop expertise in automating HR processes in regulated environments, building data pipelines, deploying AI agents, creating operational dashboards, and mentoring junior staff while advancing best practices in AI and automation governance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Progressive experience in automation, business process optimization, systems integration, and translating operational pain points into intelligent solutions in partnership with Product, Engineering, Design, or IT teams.
- • Ideal candidate has experience in HR Operations or Shared Services across diverse operational contexts, with strong understanding of user experience, operational efficiency, and proven experience building automation in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments such as hiring, employment, or payroll.
- • Extensive hands-on experience using low-code workflow tools (Zapier, Make, Retool, n8n or similar) to orchestrate cross-system flows and integrate agents into broader process landscapes with role-based access controls.
- • Comfortable working with light scripting (e.g., Python, TypeScript, JavaScript) to build custom agents, API integrations, webhooks, or message queues and glue services.
- • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills, with ability to lead complex conversations independently and constructively.
- • Writes and speaks fluent English.
