- • The Enterprise Lead, National Client Experience - Employee Benefits serves as a critical bridge between project teams and end-users, ensuring smooth transitions and high adoption of new workflows within Baldwin Technology Company Inc.'s employee benefits division.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating process changes in clear, practical terms, providing subject matter expertise on legacy and new systems, advocating for process improvements, conducting hands-on training sessions, offering real-time troubleshooting during go-live, analyzing options to make timely business decisions, and communicating those decisions effectively to stakeholders.
