• • The Head of Financial and Transaction Communications will build and lead a strategic communications practice focused on high-stakes financial events such as M&A, IPOs, SPACs, activist defense, restructurings, and executive transitions, serving as a trusted advisor to CEOs, CFOs, General Counsel, Heads of IR, and Boards.
• • Day to day, the role involves developing integrated communications strategies, crafting narratives for investors and media, leading transaction workstreams, preparing executives for high-pressure interactions, managing IR advisory services, driving business development through pitching and thought leadership, and building and mentoring a high-performing team while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
