📋 Description

  • As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Cast AI, you will serve as the technical leader and trusted advisor for enterprise customers in South Korea, managing complex Kubernetes environments and driving long-term success through strategic relationships and automation advocacy.
  • Day to day, you will act as the primary technical authority for your account portfolio, leading customer onboarding, conducting FinOps business reviews, owning renewals and expansion opportunities, and synthesizing customer feedback to influence product roadmap while collaborating with engineering, product, and support teams.
  • Cast AI is a unicorn-status automation platform headquartered in Miami with a global team across 34 countries, dedicated to optimizing cloud-native and AI infrastructure through autonomous decision-making in Kubernetes environments, trusted by over 2,100 companies including Akamai, BMW, and Cisco.
  • In this role, you will develop executive-level relationships, drive measurable cost savings and performance improvements for customers, gain deep expertise in cloud FinOps and Kubernetes optimization, and grow as a strategic technical leader in a fast-growing, innovative company shaping the future of autonomous infrastructure.
