📋 Description

• Contract Immigration Attorney role focused on individual immigration matters including O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, H-1B, family-based, and marriage-based petitions with full case ownership and autonomy.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end immigration cases, drafting and reviewing petitions, communicating directly with clients, and ensuring compliance with Manifest Law’s SLAs and quality standards.
• Manifest Law Inc. is a technology-enabled legal platform that automates administrative workflows so attorneys can focus exclusively on substantive legal work, supported by smart draft tracking and a unified context hub for case management.
• Attorneys can grow into senior roles with higher-complexity cases, mentor junior colleagues, and potentially achieve practice ownership with their own team and book of business, backed by the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a practicing attorney
• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission
• Experience with employment-based or extraordinary ability petitions (O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW)
• Ability to work as an independent contractor (1099)
• Self-motivation and ownership mindset
• Commitment to Manifest's SLAs and quality standards
