- ⢠As a Junior Sachbearbeiter Faktura & KFZ Schadenabwicklung, you will manage the end-to-end invoicing process for vehicle damage claims, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment collection while supporting roadsurferâs mission to deliver seamless customer experiences in the growing campervan rental and mobility sector.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities include verifying damage assessments against calculation tools, clarifying invoice discrepancies with customers, insurers, and third parties, coordinating labor, material, and subcontractor costs, maintaining audit-ready case files with photos and approvals, and preparing structured evidence packages for legal proceedings.

đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Background as a Kfz-Mechatroniker, Karosserie-/Lackspezialist, Kalkulator, or Schadensachbearbeiter
- ⢠Strong technical understanding of accident repairs and calculation logic (labor, parts, OEM procedures)
- ⢠Experience in creating and reviewing damage invoices for customers, insurers, and third parties
- ⢠Familiarity with ADAS calibration, paint/material flat rates, and corrosion protection
- ⢠Understanding of deductibles, ânew for oldâ deductions, depreciation, and tax regulations
- ⢠Fluent German and English in speech and writing; French or Italian is a plus
