- • Architect and deploy multi-channel sourcing campaigns that combine traditional job boards, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Reddit, WhatsApp communities, campus drives, and employee-referral turbo-charges to generate a steady funnel of 150+ pre-screened, billable-ready candidates every month.
- • Run rigorous, two-stage screening (technical knockout + culture add) within 48 hours of application, leveraging scorecards, structured interviews, and HIPAA-compliant video tools to surface only the top 10 % of talent for final panel interviews.
- • Curate a living, breathing talent pipeline in our ATS (Greenhouse/BambooHR) complete with tagged skill clusters, salary expectations, notice periods, and re-engagement triggers so that 40 % of next-quarter hires are already warm leads today.
- • Mine real-time dashboards to track funnel metrics—time-to-source, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, diversity mix—and pivot tactics weekly; present insights to leadership every Monday with concrete recommendations that have cut average time-to-fill from 35 to 22 days.
- • Champion the TruBridge employer brand by ghost-writing LinkedIn posts, hosting fortnightly “Billing Breakthrough” webinars, and ensuring every candidate touch-point—from first email to rejection note—echoes our mission of “clearing the way for care.”
- • Partner with compliance and operations to ensure every hire meets US healthcare billing certifications (CPC, CPB, or equivalent) and passes background checks before Day 1, eliminating downstream audit risk.
- • Mentor junior recruiters and sourcers through weekly shadow sessions, sharing advanced Boolean strings, market-mapping hacks, and salary-negotiation playbooks that elevate the entire team’s performance.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with L&D to design 30-60-90-day onboarding tracks that reduce new-hire ramp-up time by 25 % and improve first-year retention to 92 %.
- • Continuously scan the US healthcare RCM landscape—regulatory shifts, payer policy changes, competitor layoffs—to anticipate talent surges and position TruBridge as the employer of choice before the market moves.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of high-volume, domestic recruitment experience specifically within the US Healthcare Medical Billing or Revenue Cycle Management industry
- • Demonstrated expertise with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, BambooHR, or similar) and advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEZ)
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field—or equivalent professional experience
- • Strong command of US healthcare billing certifications (CPC, CPB) and HIPAA compliance requirements
- • Data-driven mindset with proven ability to interpret recruitment analytics and adjust strategies in real time
