- • This is a unique opportunity to join Blue J at a critical juncture in our expansion. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be an integral part of the People team, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure exceptional talent. Your primary focus will be on delivering a standout candidate and employee experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and our people-first approach. Reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition, Deb Goldfarb, this is a high-impact individual contributor role that offers significant ownership and influence across the entire business.
- • You will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment across various teams, encompassing everything from proactive sourcing and meticulous screening to seamless interview coordination and strategic stakeholder partnership. Beyond core recruitment duties, you will also contribute to shaping our employer brand and developing innovative talent acquisition initiatives. This role is a dynamic blend of strategic recruiting, hands-on execution, and a deep-seated commitment to a positive candidate journey. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is energized by the prospect of building outstanding hiring experiences within a scaling, fast-paced environment. - • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to thoroughly understand their specific needs, precisely define role requirements, and establish clear, achievable hiring timelines. You will be adept at leveraging a diverse array of channels, including niche job boards, professional social media platforms, targeted networking, and employee referrals, to proactively identify and engage high-caliber candidates. A key aspect of this role involves building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline through consistent sourcing efforts and cultivating a network of top-tier talent by fostering meaningful relationships and ensuring ongoing engagement.
- • You will meticulously oversee the entire candidate lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening through to interview coordination and comprehensive post-interview debriefs. As the primary point of contact for candidates, you will ensure timely communication, provide consistent updates, and guarantee a positive and informative experience at every stage of the recruitment process. Collaboration with hiring managers will be essential in developing competitive and compelling offer packages, which you will then extend to candidates in an engaging and professional manner. Furthermore, you will actively seek out and implement opportunities to streamline the recruitment process, enhance overall hiring outcomes, and improve efficiency.
- • You will serve as a compelling ambassador for Blue J, effectively representing our company culture and values to attract top talent. This includes proactively identifying and attending relevant industry events, meetups, and conferences to expand our talent pipelines and strengthen our employer brand presence. Staying abreast of the latest talent market trends, including shifts in compensation, technological advancements in recruitment, and evolving regulatory landscapes, will be crucial. Maintaining an active and engaging presence on social media platforms to showcase our employer brand and attract potential candidates is also a key responsibility.
