- • The Payroll Associate role at Deel is an entry-level position critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for a globally distributed workforce of over 7,000 employees across 100+ countries. This role directly supports Deel’s mission to unlock global opportunity by maintaining the integrity of payroll operations that power seamless payments in nearly 100 currencies and compliance with local labor laws worldwide.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in processing payroll data for employees, helping maintain accurate employee records, verifying and reconciling employee information such as salaries, hours worked, and deductions, supporting payroll tax calculations and filings, providing timely support to employees regarding payroll inquiries and discrepancies, and contributing to ongoing compliance with evolving payroll regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • 1-3 years of experience in a payroll support or related administrative role
- • Proficiency in English (minimum 90% fluency required)
- • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry systems
- • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- • Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees and internal teams
