📋 Description

• • The Talent Programs Manager at onXmaps, Inc. owns the operational backbone of hiring, onboarding, and learning programs to ensure they run smoothly, consistently, and at scale, directly supporting the company’s mission to awaken the adventurer in everyone through technology and outdoor experiences.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning the end-to-end onboarding experience across a 12-month journey, coordinating learning program logistics (including leadership development and AI fluency initiatives), managing People & Culture knowledge in Confluence, maintaining LMS pathways and learning resource libraries, tracking program metrics, partnering with Recruiting and People Operations to ensure seamless candidate-to-employee transitions, and driving process improvements through automation, templates, and AI tools.
