- • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at DoiT International, you will play a pivotal role within our Global People Strategy team, driving the acquisition of top-tier talent across North America and beyond. This is a critical 6-month contract position, offering a unique opportunity to significantly impact our growth and innovation by connecting exceptional individuals with exciting career opportunities.
- • You will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, engaging, and ultimately hiring the talent that fuels DoiT's strategic objectives. Your primary focus will be on proactive sourcing and prospecting, building and managing robust global pipelines for roles spanning North America, LATAM, and EMEA, ensuring we have a strong bench of candidates ready to meet our evolving business needs.
- • A key aspect of this role involves forging strong partnerships with hiring managers and various teams across the organization. You will dedicate time to deeply understand the nuanced requirements of each role, ensuring that your outreach efforts are precisely targeted to attract both active and passive candidates who align perfectly with our business priorities and company culture.
- • Leveraging data-driven insights will be crucial in your day-to-day activities. You will utilize metrics and analytics to inform your recruitment strategies, ensuring that we consistently deliver high-quality hires who not only fill immediate needs but also contribute to our long-term strategic direction and success.
- • You will be a champion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the recruitment process. This involves proactively sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds, building inclusive talent pipelines, and ensuring that every step of the recruitment journey is equitable and welcoming, reflecting DoiT's commitment to a diverse workforce.
- • This role demands a proactive and results-oriented approach. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for your assigned roles, from initial job description crafting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- • A significant part of your responsibility will be to actively locate and engage passive candidates. You will employ a variety of sophisticated sourcing techniques across multiple platforms and networks to identify individuals who may not be actively looking but possess the skills and experience we seek.
- • You will play a key role in fostering a strong “referral culture” within DoiT. By encouraging and facilitating employee-driven talent referrals across all teams, you will tap into our existing network to identify high-quality candidates.
- • Building and nurturing strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers is paramount. You will work closely with them to ensure alignment on role requirements, candidate profiles, and the overall hiring process, fostering accountability and shared success.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing expert coaching, training, and best practices in recruitment to equip them with the skills needed to participate effectively in the hiring process.
- • Close partnership with business units will be essential to maintain a deep and evolving understanding of their strategic needs, market dynamics, and industry trends, allowing you to anticipate future talent requirements.
- • You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint. This includes maintaining clear and consistent communication, providing timely and constructive feedback, and ensuring a respectful and efficient interview process that authentically represents DoiT’s values and employer brand.
- • You will have the opportunity to contribute to the planning and execution of programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing our Talent Acquisition processes, improving efficiency, and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.
- • Collaborating with the Employee Engagement Specialist, you will help promote DoiT’s employer brand, showcasing our company as an exceptional place to work and attracting top talent.
- • This role requires a deep understanding of hiring for Go-To-Market (GTM), General & Administrative (G&A), and technical roles within a fast-paced SaaS environment. Experience leading full-cycle recruitment, with a particular emphasis on engaging passive candidates, is highly valued.
- • You should be a self-starter, energized by challenges, and driven by a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities. Your ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment will be key to your success.
- • This is a remote position, based in the Eastern US or Eastern Canada, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a global team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter within a SaaS tech company, with a proven track record of hiring for both Go-To-Market (GTM) and technical roles.
- • Demonstrated hands-on ownership and leadership of the end-to-end hiring process, including job description writing, interviewing, collaborating with hiring managers, negotiating offers, and managing the candidate lifecycle.
- • Proven and effective sourcing skills with a strong ability to find, engage, and activate passive candidates through various channels.
- • Proficiency with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data management/reporting techniques to drive informed hiring decisions.
- • Results-oriented, agile, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, "can-do" attitude and native-level English proficiency.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to work remotely within the Eastern US or Eastern Canada.
- • Engage in a 6-month contract role with a global technology leader in the cloud space.
- • Contribute to a dynamic and innovative company culture that values entrepreneurial spirit, continuous learning, and fun.
