  • • As GrowthX AI Inc. scales rapidly, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Recruiter to build and lead our talent acquisition efforts. This is a critical role where you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our company by attracting and hiring the exceptional talent that will drive our continued success. You will partner directly with our founders and hiring managers, taking ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle for both technical and go-to-market (GTM) functions. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in an early-stage, AI-native startup that has already achieved significant traction, including an eight-figure annual revenue and a $12M Series A funding round led by Madrona Venture Group.
  • • You will be the architect of our hiring engine, responsible for developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier candidates, particularly for hard-to-fill technical and AI roles. Your ability to craft compelling narratives and articulate our unique value proposition will be key to attracting candidates from leading startups and established industry players. You will manage every stage of the candidate journey, from initial outreach and screening to coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless closing process. This role demands a proactive, scrappy approach, where you will build talent pipelines from the ground up rather than relying on inbound applications.
  • • A core part of your responsibility will be to design, implement, and continuously refine our interview processes. We aim for processes that are not only efficient and structured but also provide an outstanding and candidate-friendly experience. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key recruiting metrics, providing insights into pipeline health, time-to-hire, and conversion rates to inform our talent strategy. Your insights will be crucial in advising hiring managers on market trends, competitive compensation, and talent availability, acting as a trusted strategic partner.
  • • Beyond individual role fulfillment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping GrowthX AI’s employer brand and candidate experience from its inception. This includes developing compelling messaging that resonates with top startup and AI talent, ensuring that every interaction reflects our innovative culture and commitment to growth. You will be at the forefront of building a world-class team, contributing directly to the company's culture, velocity, and overall trajectory.   • • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the nuances of recruiting for both technical (Engineering, Product, Data/AI) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations) roles. You will leverage your expertise to identify, engage, and secure candidates who not only possess the requisite skills but also align with our company values and ambitious vision. Your proactive approach will ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates, minimizing time-to-hire and maximizing the quality of hires. You will be empowered to experiment with new sourcing channels and recruitment methodologies, staying ahead of industry best practices.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to work remotely across North America, providing flexibility and autonomy. We require an overlap with 8 am to 12 pm PT to ensure effective collaboration with our US-based team. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across both technical and GTM roles
  • • Prior experience recruiting in US-based startup environments (Series A–C strongly preferred)
  • • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing hard-to-fill roles, especially engineers and senior GTM hires
  • • Highly proactive and scrappy — you don’t wait for inbound, you build pipeline from scratch
  • • Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable partnering directly with founders and executives
  • • Excellent communicator with strong candidate storytelling and closing skills
  • • Ability to operate with urgency and prioritize effectively in a rapidly changing environment
