- • As an Onboarding Operations Specialist at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global employment by managing the end-to-end onboarding journey for new employees across Latin America and Canada, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a seamless experience for clients and their teams.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading the onboarding process with a focus on compliance and documentation, taking ownership of the entire employee lifecycle, collaborating cross-functionally with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams, maintaining accurate and secure employee data, supporting compliance initiatives through reporting and audits, and identifying automation opportunities to streamline processes and improve scalability.
- • You will be part of the EOR Operations: Onboarding team within a fully remote, globally distributed company that values innovation, autonomy, and asynchronous work.
