📋 Description
- • As a Clinical Partnerships Manager at Nabi Health Inc., you will expand access to weight-inclusive nutrition care by growing the company’s referral network through strategic relationship-building with healthcare providers.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and identifying new providers, nurturing existing relationships to drive patient referrals, demonstrating the value of Nabi’s model, streamlining referral processes, and collaborating with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless experiences for providers and patients.
- • You will work primarily remotely with occasional in-person events such as conferences and site visits to strengthen provider relationships and represent Nabi in the field.
- • Nabi Health is a mission-driven organization providing weight-inclusive nutrition care for individuals navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and body distress, supported by a strong operational backbone to ensure reliable patient and provider experiences.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in clinical partnership strategy within the eating disorder and weight-inclusive care space, build a scalable referral network, and directly impact patient access to care while growing your professional influence in the healthcare ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active or former Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with clinical experience
- • Strong clinical credibility and ability to engage peer-to-peer with physicians, therapists, and other referring providers
- • Deep familiarity with eating disorders, disordered eating, or weight-inclusive care
- • Comfortable operating independently in a remote, startup environment
