  • • As an HR Technology Specialist at DocPlanner Group S.A., you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of the company’s HRIS and People Experience (PX) processes, directly supporting the mission to improve healthcare access for millions globally.
  • • You will own and manage the Hibob HRIS system, including data architecture, workflows, access controls, permissions, and integrations, while leading the migration to new HR tools and driving automation of PX processes through AI and workflow optimization.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the Global PX Services team and cross-functional partners (BPs, TA, Diversity, Solutions, Finance, BI) to standardize, scale, and enhance the end-to-end employee journey—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in HR technology strategy, process automation, and global HR operations within a fast-growing, international tech scale-up, positioning yourself as a key enabler of people-centric innovation at scale.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources, labor relations, or a related field.
  • • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including at least 1–2 years in a similar global HRIS or HR technology role, preferably in a tech scale-up environment.
  • • Proven experience as an HRIS system administrator or process owner, including hands-on involvement in HRIS implementation or migration projects (specifically Hibob or comparable platforms).
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English, enabling effective collaboration across global teams.
  • • Strong analytical abilities, including data compilation, research, and problem-solving to ensure data quality and drive process improvements.
  • • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative, ownership, and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
