  • • As a Technical Account Manager (West) at Wiz Inc., you will serve as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner to enterprise customers, driving adoption, value realization, and expansion of the Wiz cloud security platform throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • • Day to day, you will act as the primary technical contact for your book of up to 15 customers, guiding them through deployment, configuration, and operationalization of Wiz using cloud security best practices, monitoring emerging threats, staying current on new platform features, and resolving technical issues via email, meetings, Slack, and support tickets.
  • • You will develop customer success plans with measurable goals aligned to security and compliance objectives, proactively drive adoption across business units, unblock adoption challenges by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, track value realization, and report progress in executive-friendly formats such as QBRs and executive briefings.
  • • You will capture customer feature requests and adoption blockers, liaise with Product and Engineering teams to influence prioritization, and advocate for customer needs across internal Wiz stakeholders to improve the platform and customer experience.
  • • You will manage renewal and expansion opportunities in partnership with sales and renewals teams, identify risks related to satisfaction, churn, and tenant health, cultivate relationships with C-level and practitioner stakeholders, and drive utilization and adoption targets for your book of business.
  • • You will contribute to scaling Wiz’s TAM organization by developing documentation, mentoring associate TAMs, building technical subject-matter expertise, and partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to improve processes and deliver a cohesive customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, ideally supporting a cloud or cloud-security product (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Customer Success Engineer, or Architect)
  • • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
  • • Strong understanding of at least one cloud service provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI), ideally with a certification such as Certified Solutions Architect or Certified DevOps Engineer
  • • Familiarity with cloud-security best practices, common threat models, CNAPP use cases, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps tools (CI/CD, IaC, version control), and Linux/Windows operating systems concepts
  • • Proven track record of managing a book of business with 5-10+ enterprise customers, building and maintaining relationships, driving outcomes, exceeding targets, and using CRM and log analysis tools to monitor customer health and inform retention strategies
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from practitioners to C-suite executives
