- • As a Customer Success Manager for the MEA region at HackerOne, you will serve as a trusted advisor helping customers build, mature, and scale successful security programs using the HackerOne Platform, directly contributing to customer retention, growth, and the company’s mission to empower a safer internet.
- • You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts across Central Europe, the Middle East, and Africa throughout the full lifecycle—onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion—acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support to ensure milestones are met and value is realized.
- • You will apply first principles problem solving, data-driven decision making, and AI-first thinking to deliver executive business reviews, strategic presentations, training sessions, and product feedback that drive customer outcomes and improve the HackerOne experience.
- • You will support customer escalations, facilitate hacker-customer mediations when needed, and contribute to refining Customer Success methodologies while operating within HackerOne’s values of customer obsession, transparency, and winning together.
- • This is a remote role based within ~80km of London, UK, offering flexibility with occasional in-person collaboration to strengthen team connection and culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Security Services, or a related customer-facing role.
- • Experience managing customer relationships and driving successful outcomes across multiple accounts simultaneously.
- • Working knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, including vulnerability management, security operations, cloud technologies, and security program management.
- • Strong project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Ability to travel to customers and events on a quarterly basis.
- • Additional MEA language proficiency (preferred).
- • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or security services customers (preferred).
