- • As a People Business Partner at Onebrief Inc., you will serve as a trusted thought partner to leaders, managers, and teams across the business, supporting organizational health, team effectiveness, performance, manager capability, and employee experience in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.
- • You will own the People partnership for assigned teams, advising on people, team, and organizational needs; build deep understanding of team dynamics and priorities; provide coaching on org design, team health, performance, communication, manager effectiveness, and change management; partner on workforce planning, role clarity, and future talent needs; help address team effectiveness issues; coach managers on feedback, accountability, and development; support performance and goal-setting cycles; handle employee relations with discretion; build trust with employees; partner across the People team on manager capability and onboarding; use people data to surface trends; and proactively identify and drive solutions for people-related risks and opportunities.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in supporting high-change, mission-driven organizations; strengthen your ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes; deepen your skills in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management; enhance your coaching and advisory capabilities with senior leaders; gain experience using people data to drive decisions; and grow as a trusted advisor in a fast-scaling, values-driven company where you can make a tangible impact on team resilience and performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Around 5 years of experience as an HRBP, People Partner, People Operations Partner, or similar role
- • Experience supporting leaders, managers, and employees in a fast-growing, high-change environment
- • Strong business judgment with the ability to connect people decisions to organizational performance, execution, collaboration, and company goals
- • Strong coaching and advisory skills with managers and senior leaders
- • Experience supporting org design, workforce planning, role clarity, team effectiveness, and change management
- • Strong understanding of performance management, feedback, goal-setting, calibrations, promotion processes, and career development
