- • The Associate Scientific Director (ASD) at Precision Medicine Group ensures all scientific content is evidence-based, of the highest editorial quality, aligned with client strategic objectives, and translates science into clinical benefit. This role is critical in delivering strategic scientific and medical communication solutions for major pharmaceutical and biotech clients, directly supporting improved patient outcomes through accurate, timely, and impactful medical communications.
- • Day to day, the ASD writes, reviews, and provides feedback on content developed by medical writers, editors, and graphic artists; analyzes and interprets complex medical documents; leads discussions with authors and clients; mentors medical writers; maintains current knowledge of competitor products and therapeutic area developments through literature searches and conference attendance; manages timelines and regulatory review processes; oversees consistency in regulatory submissions; assists in advisory board design and strategic business development; and collaborates with Strategic Account Directors to translate client objectives into compelling scientific programs.

The position offers growth toward senior scientific leadership while building a track record of delivering compliant, innovative, and clinically relevant medical communication programs.
